Odval Dolů Jindřich II a Antonín
Geological profile of the pit
The Rosicko-Oslavanian coal basin is located close to the contact of the Bohemian and Brno massifs and is covered with Permo-carbon sediments of the Boskovice furrow. In the area, fields predominate; only the margins of the territory are partly wooded, especially with oak and spruce. Boskovice furrow continues from the southern region of Moravská Třebová to the south to Moravský Krumlov. The basin is divided into two minefields – the south with the Nosek Valley and the North with the mine Antonín. The water saturation is predominantly secondary, through the fissures open to the surface.
