Flora
Part of reservation Jizera Valley, stretching over an area of about 40 ha, are mainly fluvial sediments, sparsely covered with vegetation in places wider then the river floodplain and steep slopes with numerous landslides and clefts. Natural beech květnantá preserve the Left Bank in particular predominates beech, sycamore maple, white birch, small-leaved linden, white fir and hornbeam. In the immediate vicinity Rieger trails grow spruce monocultures.
Jizera serving as a conduit for the descent of the mountain and foothill species of plants to lower altitudes and also for the dissemination of thermophilic plants upstream. We can meet saxifrage supsp woolly, violet, bedstraw mountain or chervil shiny. On sunny areas are seen as large-flowered foxglove. The vegetation on the slopes of scree forests often dominated by the nine-leaved.
