Castle Přemyšlení

Above Zdiby creek the road from Zdiby to Klecany in the first half of the 19th century when the remains of a fortress built the present mansion. It's a two-storey rectangular building, facade oriented to the south, the center of the barrel vaulted entrance accentuates the bay, culminating plain tympanum. Three large rectangular windows on the first floor bay above the entrance are separated while plastically framed by pilaster strips, joined the tympanum distinctive ledge. Right and left of the buttress on each floor unadorned smooth front wall are three small rectangular windows. For both end corner of the castle buildings extend to the north of the park signs of side wings. Whole has more the air of a suburban house than the Empire castle. The first mention of the fortress in Přemyšlení comes from r. 1416. Throughout the duration of the fortress, the owners often turns up at the end of the 18th century. presented as mere gothic ruins. In the first half. 19th century. when the owner was Gallas, was built on the remains of the fortress current lock. This is a one-storey rectangular building.
