The typical wetland species of the Calthenion of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids include the Carnation Grass (Carex panicea), Common Sedge (Carex nigra), Star-headed Sedge (Carex echinata), Fewleaf Thistle (Cirsium rivulare), Marsh Thistle (Cirsium palustre), Marsh Hawksbeard (Crepis paludosa), Hairy Chervil (Chaerophyllum hirsutum), Wood Bulrush (Scirpus sylvaticus), Big Trefoil (Lotus uliginosus), and many others. The Deer Fern (Blechnum spicant) grows in the forest edges along with the Myrtle Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus).

Largely common amphibian and invertebrate species have been observed on the site.
