This small-scale protected area has been designated for the conservation of a patchwork of flower meadows, wetlands, hedgerows, and small woods.

Due to a gap in regular management, the biodiversity of the site has been decreased and some species, especially orchids, have disappeared. The nature conservation efforts aim at a return to a more favourable status.

Managed by: the state, through Bile Karpaty (White Carpathians) Protected Landscape Area Administration
Practical site management: state financed, conducted by local farmers (sub-contracted)
