White Carpathians - Protected Areas

This small-scale protected area has been designated to help conserve flower meadows and two small ponds with wetland communities.
Apart from the wetland plant communities, the site is very important for animal species, since it supports reproduction of a range of amphibians and also insects, particularly the Dragonflies.
