Rocks and "rock city"

Prihrazy rocks

Příhrazy rocks along with Drábské světničky, is more or less continuous parade of broken rock gorges and chimneys, with numerous rocky headlands and towers (Kobylí Hlava).

Occasionally incurred rock gates. Great is the number of deep caves and overhangs (Krtola, Racak, etc.). There were built up numerous sinkholes, one of which continues fissure gap 22 meters deep. Typical rock towns here are not developed, the greater the concentration of towers is just Drábské světničky. South side platforms in the Příhrazy valley is divided into a dense network of shadow canyons. On their upper edges are usually extremely rugged rocky defile. Near the southeast edge of the area are two rocks, corresponding to the character of a small table mountains: Sokolka and Křinec rock.

As a result of extrusion of underlying marl Teplice Formation occurs on the western edge of the platform and present to landslides, most recently in 1928 (destroyed part of the village Dneboh). Many of the caves and overhangs provide archaeological findings or are covered with inscriptions and engravings. Rock-cut Drábské světničky, rural retreat.
