Holubov
The village of Holubov is located about 9 km north of Český Krumlov. The first reference dates back to the 14th century. The village is now divided into three parts – Holubov, Třísov and Krásetín. The village is surrounded by a few nature reserves that attract the tourists to its rich vegetation and the deposit of minerals. The local railway station is a starting point for the tourists heading for the Kleť mountain top. The ruin of the medieval castle Dívčí Kámen or the remnants of the Celtic oppidum can be found nearby the village.
