Třísov Nature Trail
The Třísov nature trail which belongs to the Blanský Forest protected landscape area will provide you with the knowledge from the distant past. The Celtic fortified settlement was built in this place in the 2nd century B.C. It is the southernmost oppidum in the territory of the Czech Republic. It served as an important station on the Vltavská Trading Path along which the salt was imported from the Alps. The 3 km long nature trail has a total of 14 stops and takes you from Třísov to the ruins of the Dívčí Kámen Castle and to Holubov.
