Vyšatov Pond

The Vyšatov Pond can be found approximately 2 km north-west of the village of Dubná. With its area of about 56 hectares, it is the largest of the so-called Vranské ponds. It is especially used for fish breeding. The occurrence of the Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybridus) has been recorded here by the ornithologists recently. Also the surrounding wetlands and waterlogged meadows offer some specific fauna species.
