Krvavý Pond - Red Tourist Path

The red tourist path which begins in Jindřichův Hradec and leads via the Vítkův Hrádek ruins to the Krvavý Pond dam, or more precisely, through the Krvavý and Kačležský Ponds Nature Reserve, offers a good view of the rich local bird fauna, especially in the autumn, when we can see the duck flocks assembling before their long journey. The nesting birds can be, however, easily seen throughout the year. The path leads on in the south-east direction to the town of Kunžak, from where the tourists can travel southwards via the village of Kaproun up to the Landstein Castle.
