Golden Stream (Kralovické louky)
The Golden Stream is the longest affluence of the south Bohemian Blanice River. It is approximately 35 km long. The river basin covers an area of around 90 km2 and the average flow rate is approximately 0.60 m3/s. Its spring can be found on the south-west slope of the Rohanovský hill in the Libín Heights (Libínská hornatina) at an altitude of 910 m ASL. The most important affluents include the streams It flows through the villages Skříněřov, Chroboly (the pilgrimage chapel consecrated to the Virgin Mary of Lourdes is located nearby) or Vitějovice. It discharges into the Blanice River between the villages of Čichtice and Blanice at an altitude of 429 m ASL. The Kralovické louky (Kralovice Meadows) nature reserve, near the village of Nebahovy, protects the peat meadow on the slope with a variety of flora species.
