Brouskův mlýn - Stropnice

Brouskův mlýn (Brousek’s Mill) National Nature Reserve (NNR) is located alongside the Stropnice river in the Třeboň Basin. The reserve was founded in 1991 and includes approximately 3 km long stretch of the wide and flat Stropnice river alluvial plain. But what you will be most impressed by at first sight is a well preserved, actively meandering channel of the Stropnice river. The river alluvial plain is filled in with sediments containing the artesian water which springs on the surface here and there.
